SelectCare, Inc. specializes in state-of-the-art home care rehabilitation equipment. Our mission is to provide the right product for each patient in order to achieve the best possible outcome. SelectCare, Inc. works with physicians, therapists, home-care providers and insurance companies to provide the most appropriate and effective product for the patient’s needs. We do all up-front prior authorization to secure coverage, billings and collections for your claims. We will obtain all necessary documentation, (i.e.) Prescription, Certificate of Medical Necessity, and any other physician or therapist notes as appropriate to the claim. We will appeal claims which are in dispute, and have Prescriptions renewed when necessary for the extended use of our products.
Our trained healthcare professionals provide training, patient-care plans, patient instruction and comprehensive follow-up care. SelectCare Inc. will set up equipment in patient’s homes, therapy facilities and physician’s offices, whichever is most appropriate for the patient and care-giver. We will provide Patient Care Plans and instructions, and will continue to follow up as long as the patient is using our products. We have had a 98% success rate in outcomes and satisfaction.

SelectCare, Inc. was the first home medical equipment company in the state of North Carolina (1999) to be accredited via the nationally recognized Exemplary Provider™ Award measured continuous quality improvement program offered by The Compliance Team, Inc. and the Health Care Evaluation Institute Ambler, Pennsylvania. The award is granted only to those provider organizations that demonstrate outstanding on-going patient practices that adhere to comprehensive Safety, Honesty and Caring™ Quality Standards and Requirements. In order to maintain the right to display the Exemplary Provider™ Great Seal of Asclepius participants need to score 90% or better during annual on-site evaluations. SelectCare scored 98% upon its last evaluation which was conducted in October 2017. In addition, as an integral part of the accreditation process SelectCare continues to submit quarterly patient outcomes data for review, comment and any necessary remedial action.
